The Street Surfing Pro Team took over Magic Mountain, converting new Wave riders, and teaching some really cool new tricks to the old guard. You can find out more about the tour on the Street Surfing site, and see some new videos and action shots as well.
Toy insider released it’s “Hot 20″ for the 2008 holiday season today, and the Street Surfing Signature Youth Wave Board set is listed as one of the “Hottest Gifts” for the Christmas Season. You can check out their website here, or visit the Street Surfing website here and see it in more detail.
On Monday, The LA Times stated that the Wave “develops impressive balance
and agility. Snaking along in an “S” pattern while keeping both feet planted
on the concave platforms looks very, very cool.”
The original Caster board, (The Wave) comes in ov er a dozen styles. The decks are interchangeable. You can learn how to change your deck plates at the Street Surfing website. Some of the designs are sold separately.
